City of Chiloquin
Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement Community Development Block Grant
Upon completion of a Wastewater Facilities Plan for the City of Chiloquin by Adkins, which evaluated the current collection and wastewater treatment system, the City was awarded a Community Development Block Grant to begin design of the new Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement project.
Bly Water and Sanitary District
Bly Bley-Was Heights Subdivision Intertie and Water Meter Replacement
Prior to obtaining funding from the Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund Program (SDWRLF) Adkins prepared a Preliminary Engineering Report detailing the need for the new Intertie and Water Meter Replacement. Once the study was completed, Bly Water and Sanitary District was granted the funds to go to construction on the project.
